First I would like to thank Tom for a very fun, crazy and well hosted game. The effort you put into the game was very obvious and I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to play.
Well this has certainly been one interesting game. Pretty much from the start of this game, I have had to fight and create new alliances. Very early on my main ally in Stephen was blindsided without my knowledge which pretty much gave me an idea of my position on that tribe. A tribe swap occurred which meant I had a new chance. At this point I offered Candice an alliance which she accepted. The new tribe was made up of 4 from the other tribe and 3 from my original tribe. By moving into an alliance with Candice I was able to help secure my safety longer on this new tribe. This was truly the way we got to the end. From then on I took out Brenda, who was against me on my original tribe.
At the merge I was able to get Ed, Brady and Fabio to join up with me, a group of people who had previously gone against me earlier in the game and this was no easy task. Maintaining my alliance with Erinn and Candice, we managed to forge an alliance of 6 which was in the majority. I knew I had to stick to my alliance with Candice and Erinn because of what previously happened and knew I was on the outs with Ed/Brady/Fabio.
From F6 onwards it seemed Candice, Erinn, Fabio and I would go straight to F4. Unfortunately at this stage Ed played an idol and sensing that this was a possibility I played mine as well and it saved me from going. However it meant we had to turn on our own alliance. I wouldn’t vote out Candice as I had a F2 with her pretty much from the start which left Fabio and Erinn. The biggest factor here for me was that at F5 the guys would have an advantage 3-2. Fabio also was very shakey towards the end of the game and I started to doubt his loyalty to me. Erinn I knew would do what we would say and would not flip so at this stage I voted Fabio out. Did I know he was going to be pissed? Yes. But I was not going to leave that to chance and at the end of the day, in this game you can’t always make the popular decisions and if you are going to get to the end through playing strategically, you are going to piss some people off.
So I think for these reasons I deserve the vote. All of you are on the jury because of me and this is the reason you should vote for me. Does it mean I pissed the majority of you off? Yes. But if you respect the game, you should vote for someone who played it strategically. I hope I have given you some insight into my game and will do my best to answer your questions.
